Major predictors for difficult common bile duct stone.

Predictors of difficult common bile duct stone extraction via endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP) include distal strictures, smaller duct-to-stone ratio, larger stone size, impaction, and high bilirubin. ERCP remains highly effective for treating common bile duct stones.
