Comparison of visual quality between aspheric and spherical IOLs

Aspheric intraocular lens (IOL) implantation significantly reduces higher-order aberrations (HOAs) and improves contrast sensitivity compared to spherical IOLs. This study demonstrates the visual benefits of aspheric IOLs in cataract surgery patients.
