Anticoagulation versus placebo for heart failure in sinus rhythm

Long-term oral anticoagulation does not reduce deaths or major vascular events in heart failure patients with sinus rhythm. Routine anticoagulation is not recommended for these patients, unlike those with atrial fibrillation.
