Nasal polyposis and immunoglobulin-G subclass deficiency.

Immunoglobulin-G (IgG) subclass deficiency was found in 13.7% of nasal polyposis patients. However, this deficiency did not correlate with symptom severity or corticosteroid needs, suggesting no link to nasal polyposis.
