Mesangioproliferative glomerulonephritis: a 30-year prognosis study

This study found that increasing age and decreasing estimated glomerular filtration rate (eGFR) worsened kidney survival in patients with diffuse mesangioproliferative glomerulonephritis (MesP). Women had better long-term renal survival than men, with nephrotic syndrome impacting men more severely.
