Summary

Obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) impairs auditory event-related potentials (ERPs). Nasal continuous positive airway pressure (nCPAP) treatment improved P3 latency, suggesting ERPs can track neural changes and treatment effectiveness in OSA patients.
