The pubic midline exposure for symphyseal open reduction and plate fixation

A vertical midline incision for pubic symphysis repair is a viable alternative to the standard Pfannenstiel approach, especially when soft tissue conditions are challenging. This method offers a feasible option for open reduction and plate fixation of traumatic pubic disruptions.
