[Assessment of the cryoglobulins in the blood taking into consideration the circulating immune components]
Abstract:
A new method for the assessment of cryoglobulins is suggested, with due consideration for the circulating immune complexes. Optimal conditions for the formation of cryoprecipitates and assessment thereof have been found. Use of 7% PEG essentially cuts down the period for the formation of cryoprecipitates on the cold.
