Abstract:
In this review of 28 patients who had 30 high tibial valgus osteotomies done, with an average followup of 51 months, 43% were judged as satisfactory and 57% were judged as poor, according to the criteria of Harris and Kostiuk.1 Surgical-technical error was the most common finding associated with the poor results. The next most common finding was inadequate correction.
