Obstructive sleep apnoea treatment and fasting lipids: a comparative effectiveness study

Obstructive sleep apnoea (OSA) is linked to cardiovascular disease, but fasting lipid changes aren't a primary mechanism. Positive airway pressure treatment showed no significant impact on lipid levels over two years.
