Summary

Fetal heart rate patterns can indicate anemia or low oxygen in fetuses. Severe fetal anemia or hypoxemia consistently correlated with abnormal fetal heart rate patterns, but milder conditions showed less clear associations.

Purpose of the Study:

  • FHR monitoring can aid in assessing fetal status in isoimmunized pregnancies, though interpretation requires caution in cases of mild compromise.
