Summary

Reduced MRI quality, including signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) and spatial resolution (SR), significantly impacts the detection of focal cortical dysplasia (FCD) using Morphometric Analysis Program (MAP18). Lower quality scans can render FCD undetectable, potentially affecting surgical outcomes for epilepsy patients.
