Nurses' perceptions of their work environment. Organizational change on an adolescent unit

Nurses' Perceptions of Their Work Environment Pre and Post Organizational Change on an Adolescent Unit, attempts to describe the planning, inservice and monitoring involved in implementing unit organizational change in order to accommodate off-service psychiatric patients on an adolescent medical/surgical unit. The results of a study of the effects of the organizational change and accompanying education program are reported.
