[Rational performance of femtosecond laser assisted corneal refractive surgery against complication]

Many clinical data have shown that the femtosecond assisted corneal refractive surgery is a safe and effective method for ammetropia. The perfect visual quality of post-operation must be achieved due to high price and high expectation from patients. Therefore, surgeons should select the indication carefully, pay more attention on procedure carefully and prevent from complications perioperative period. Some strategies on the key points are stated in this article in order to avoiding the complications related to femtosecond assisted corneal refractive surgery, to eliminating the potential medical trap and approaching to the perfect visual quality.
