Exercise as an intervention for sedentary hazardous drinking college students: A pilot study.

Motivational Enhancement Therapy plus Contingency Management (MET+CM) increased exercise frequency in college students with hazardous drinking. While well-received, the combined intervention did not significantly alter other exercise or alcohol use measures in this pilot study.
