Vigorous-intensity interval exercise (VIG EX) and moderate-intensity exercise (MOD EX) training both effectively manage nonalcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) in rats. Short, intense workouts offer similar benefits to longer, moderate sessions for NAFLD management.
