Current information management in healthcare organizations (HO) and high reliability organizations (HRO) faces challenges with multiscaling and adaptability.
Existing frameworks lack the ability to seamlessly integrate theoretical categorization with practical system modeling.

Purpose of the Study:

To propose a novel, evolutive cybernetic framework for health information management.
To establish a systemic concept of principles organizing nature as a multiscaling reference.
To enable the development of antifragile systems and advanced information management strategies in HOs and HROs.

Development of a systemic concept based on principles organizing nature.
Application of a multiscaling reference framework.
Integration of theoretical categorization with practical system modeling.
