Summary

A new fluorescence microscopy method, computer-assisted sperm morphometry analysis fluorescence (CASMA-F), precisely assesses ram sperm nucleus and acrosome. This technique offers a reliable tool for evaluating sperm morphology and acrosomal status in rams.
