Odontogenic effect of a fast-setting pozzolan-based pulp capping material

Endocem, a new fast-setting pozzolan cement, demonstrated comparable biocompatibility and odontogenic effects to Mineral Trioxide Aggregate (MTA) in pulp capping procedures. Both materials effectively promoted reparative dentin formation with minimal inflammation.
