Leonard, MS, RN-BC, FNP, is Senior Vice President for Clinical Services of Hudson Health Plan, a not-for-profit managed health care organization in New York State, a proud member of the MVP Health Care Family of Companies, Executive Director of Westchester Cares Action Program (WCAP), and Co-Chair of NYS Department of Health Consolidated Workgroup (Health Home Advisory Group). She has been recognized for her leadership on the Public Policy Committee and is Chair Emeritus of the Case Management Society of America, Chair of the National Transitions of Care Coalition Public Policy Task Force, a member American Nurses Credentialing Center Commission on Certification, and a member of New York State Board of Nursing and adjunct instructor at the College of New Rochelle, School of Nursing.
