Summary

Nasal natural killer/T-cell lymphoma (NKTL) can be mistaken for sinusitis. Measuring nasal floor and septum thickness on CT scans can help differentiate NKTL, with thresholds of 2.0 mm and 2.5 mm, respectively, aiding diagnosis.
