Total serum IgE concentration in patients with psoriasis: a case-control study

Summary

This study found no significant difference in serum immunoglobulin E (IgE) levels between psoriasis patients and healthy controls. IgE concentration was not linked to psoriasis severity, duration, age, or gender, suggesting a minimal role for IgE in the condition.
