Abstract:
A relatively simple and fast method for the quantitative determination of residual sodium-cholate in tri(n-butyl)phosphate/sodium-cholate treated factor VIII concentrate preparations was developed by solid-phase extraction and reversed-phase high-performance liquid chromatography.
