Cardiac pseudoneoplasms are rare, benign heart lesions. Recurrent ventricular tachycardia (VT) can indicate these tumors, necessitating thorough diagnosis before implantable cardioverter-defibrillator (ICD) treatment.

Observation:
- Two patients presented with recurrent ventricular tachycardia (VT).
- Magnetic resonance imaging revealed large pathological masses in the left ventricle of both patients.
Findings:
- Tumor localization precluded surgical resection in both cases.
- Biopsies were performed, and malignancy was ruled out.
- Patients were treated with amiodarone and implantable cardioverter-defibrillators (ICDs).
Implications:
- Ventricular tachycardia (VT) can be a symptom of cardiac tumors.
- Implantable cardioverter-defibrillator (ICD) treatment for VT should follow a comprehensive diagnosis to exclude cardiac tumors.
