Endovascular repair for retrograde type A aortic dissection with malperfusion

Summary

This study shows successful endovascular repair of acute type A aortic dissection, restoring blood flow to the right carotid artery and obliterating the false lumen. The patient experienced an uneventful recovery with sustained positive outcomes at six months.
