Giant postsurgical pseudomeningocele by SPECT/CT cisternography

Summary
A giant pseudomeningocele after spinal surgery was successfully located using radionuclide SPECT/CT cisternography. Surgical repair of the dural defect resolved the condition, with no recurrence observed on follow-up MRI.
