Is epidural dexamethasone effective in preventing postdural puncture headache?

Directly injecting dexamethasone into spinal anesthesia puncture sites did not significantly prevent postdural puncture headache (PDPH). Further research is needed in high-incidence groups to confirm these findings on PDPH prevention.
