Changes in a cerebellar peduncle lesion in a patient with Dandy-Walker malformation: A diffusion tensor imaging study

Dandy-Walker malformation in a child with severe ataxia showed functional recovery linked to cerebellar peduncle changes. Diffusion tensor imaging revealed improvements in the patient's cerebellar peduncles over 10 months.
