[Laparoscopic drainage of the gallbladder in acute cholecystitis]

Abstract:
Seventy-three patients with acute cholecystitis were subjected to laparoscopic drainage of the gallbladder during treatment. The endoscopic operations produced a good clinical effect in all of them. The results of the study showed that the changes of the function of the liver and the disorders of homeostasis processes occurring in acute cholecystitis regress quite rapidly under the effect of laparoscopic drainage of the gallbladder. Restoration of hepatic function and normalization of the main homeostasis parameters were used for determining the optimal terms for conducting radical operation.
