This study compared T2 relaxation time measurements in knee cartilage using various MRI sequences. Fast SE (2D-FSE), quantitative double echo steady state (qDESS), and 3D magnetization-prepared spoiled gradient echo (3D-MAPSS) showed the best agreement with the reference standard.
