A role for STEAP2 in prostate cancer progression

This study identified Six Transmembrane Epithelial Antigen of the Prostate (STEAP) 1 and 2 as potential biomarkers for aggressive prostate cancer. STEAP2 up-regulation correlates with advanced disease and promotes cancer cell invasion.
