Transcatheter aortic valve implantation (TAVI) and percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) are options for severe aortic stenosis (AS) patients with coronary artery disease (CAD). Optimal timing for PCI, either before or during TAVI, depends on CAD complexity and patient health.
