Abstract:
New applications which are areas of potential growth for the science of flow microfluorimetry (FMF) and represent a major shift in direction away from its principal current use by cellular immunologists were highlighted at a recent meeting. Its intention was to inform flow microfluorimetrists of current trends in machine and dye technology and new applications in particular chromosome analysis and the analysis of cells isolated from solid tissue.
