[CD8+ lymphoma--skin lesions and observations of tumor cells by immunoelectron microscopy]
Abstract:
A CD8+ lymphoma which developed in a 43-year-old housewife from Nara Prefecture induced various skin lesions over the whole body and obvious infiltration of tumor cells into the bone marrow. This report discusses the clinical course and the examination of the surface markers and cellular morphology of the tumor cells by immunoelectron microscopy. The tumor cells in the skin tumor fit the CD8+ suppressor phenotype. There were many high density granular materials on the cell membrane of medium sized tumor cells whose nuclei were not irregular.
