A novel laparoscopic peritoneal pull-through technique offers a simpler, scar-free solution for creating a neo-vagina in patients with vaginal agenesis (Mayer-Rokitansky-Küster-Hauser syndrome). This fertility-enhancing procedure yields excellent functional and esthetic results.
