Digital morphometric analysis (DMA) using whole slide imaging (WSI) and Feature Analysis on Consecutive Tissue Sections (FACTS®) provides results comparable to manual counting methods in histological analysis. This digital approach offers reproducible, unbiased, and high-throughput evaluation of tissue morphology.
