Left ventricular mass: correlation with fatness, hemodynamics and renal morphology

Intraabdominal fat and fat-free mass are strongly linked to left ventricular mass (LVM) in healthy adults. Kidney morphology also shows an independent association with LVM, suggesting complex physiological interrelations.
