Radiation promotes malignant phenotypes through SRC in breast cancer cells

Ionizing radiation (IR) paradoxically promotes breast cancer malignancy by activating SRC signaling. Targeting SRC may improve breast cancer treatment by reducing radiation-induced invasiveness and drug resistance.
