• ¹Shanna Keele is a recent PhD graduate of the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV), School of Nursing. In preparation for her dissertation, she conducted a nationwide study of the predictors of retirement preparation among RNs. Patricia T. Alpert is an associate professor and chair of the physiological department at the UNLV School of Nursing.
