QT Dispersion after Thrombolytic Therapy

Thrombolytic therapy did not significantly alter QT dispersion (QTd) in Acute Myocardial Infarction (AMI) patients, suggesting it does not increase arrhythmia risk. However, inferior AMI showed a significant QTd change post-therapy.
