Activin A regulates proliferation, invasion and migration in osteosarcoma cells

Activin A, a TGF-β superfamily member, promotes osteosarcoma cell growth and spread. Depleting activin A suppressed these effects, suggesting it is a potential therapeutic target for osteosarcoma.
