Warthin's tumor: an unknown pathogenesis: a neoplasm or a reactive hyperplasia?

Warthin's tumors show increased blood vessel and lymphatic vessel density, indicating significant angiogenesis and lymphangiogenesis. This study suggests Warthin's tumor is a neoplastic proliferation that also causes reactive lymph node changes.
