Within-session acquisition of anticipatory postural adjustments during forward reaching task

Healthy adults improved anticipatory postural adjustments (APAs) for reaching tasks after approximately 50 practice trials. This study observed quicker center of pressure shifts and reduced muscle activation with practice.
