Summary

Laparoscopic middle pancreatectomy (LMP) is a rare but viable surgical option for branch duct intraductal papillary mucinous neoplasia (IPMN). This minimally invasive approach offers comparable outcomes to open surgery with no oncological or technical contraindications.
