Summary

Postoperative complications after cloacal repair occur in 30% of patients. The posterior sagittal anorecto-vagino-urethroplasty (PSARVUP) and total urogenital mobilization (TUM) techniques showed similar complication rates, highlighting the need for standardized reporting.
