Computed tomography (CT) guided radiofrequency ablation (RFA) effectively treats painful osteoid osteomas in challenging locations. This minimally invasive procedure offers a safe and cost-effective solution with complete pain relief and no complications.

- Post-procedure soft tissue edema was observed in all patients, resolving without intervention.
- No tumor recurrence or other complications were noted during follow-up.

- CT-guided percutaneous RFA is a safe, minimally invasive, and effective treatment for osteoid osteomas, particularly those in difficult-to-access surgical sites.
