- High-quality evidence supporting the use of vancomycin LDs is currently lacking.
- Vancomycin LDs may facilitate faster achievement of target trough concentrations in adults, but data for pediatric, obese, and renally impaired patients are limited.
- Further research is essential to determine the impact of vancomycin LDs on clinical and microbiological outcomes.
