Gender's Effect on a School-Based Intervention in The Prepubertal Growth Spurt

This study found that both strength and endurance training significantly improved physical fitness in children aged 10-11 years. Importantly, these benefits were observed equally in boys and girls, indicating no significant gender differences in training response during this prepubertal growth phase.
