Decompression of the sciatic nerve entrapment caused by post-inflammatory scarring

Surgical decompression successfully relieved chronic sciatic nerve entrapment pain in a 71-year-old male. Prompt surgical intervention is recommended for persistent neuropathic pain unresponsive to conservative treatments.
