Thoracic splenosis after a gunshot: diffusion-weighted MRI findings

This case report details a rare instance of combined intrathoracic and subcutaneous splenosis, diagnosed 19 years after penetrating trauma. Imaging confirmed splenic tissue autotransplantation in the thorax and subcutaneous areas.
